Obituary of Mr. Judson W. LaRoche Jr.

Mr. Judson W. LaRoche Jr., 91, went to be with his Lord and Savior April 2, 2024 at the Regency Hospital. A visitation will be held at Heritage Memorial Funeral Home, Wednesday, April 10, 2024 between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. A funeral service honoring the life of Mr. LaRoche will be held at 11:00 AM, April 11th, 2024 at All Saints' Episcopal Church. Interment will immediately follow at Parkway Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully request donations be made to All Saints' Episcopal Church or Heart of Georgia Hospice in loving memory of Mr. Judson W. LaRoche Jr.

Judson was born on July 27, 1932 in Courtenay, Florida to the late Mr. Judson W. LaRoche Sr. and Mildred Seeley. Judson graduated from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Following graduation, he worked for the Army Corp of Engineers in Cape Canaveral, Florida; Livorno, Italy, and Warner Robins, Georgia. After college he married the love of his life, Elsie, for 59 years until her death in 2015.
Judson was an active member of the Elks Lodge and All Saints Episcopal Church. Judson was a loving father, grandfather, great grandfather, and dear friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. 

Judson is survived by his daughter, Anne Dickey and husband, Sanford of Milledgeville, GA; sons: Whit LaRoche of Warner Robins, GA and Walter LaRoche and wife, Donna of Duluth, GA; grandchildren: Andrew Dickey, Courtney Dickey, Laura Schmidt, Daniel LaRoche, Lisa LaRoche and Lindsey Dunagan; great grandchildren: Mikey Dickey, Lily Dickey, Gabe Dickey, Aiden Schmidt, Charli Schmidt, Adrian Stewart, and Arkin Stewart, and a host of extended friends and family.
