Obituary of Mr. Jon Kyle Wagner

Mr. Jon Kyle Wagner, 58, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024. A celebration of his life will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests that donations be made to Pawsome Southern Rescue by clicking HERE.

 Jon was born in Maryland at Joint Base Andrews on December 28, 1965. He joined the United States Air Force as a young man, retiring after 22 years of service. He is preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Kathie Smith. Jon devoted his life to serving his country and family. Outside of work, Jon cherished his time fishing, working with his tools, and most importantly, spending time with his beloved wife. He was also an avid fan for the Pittsburgh Penguins and Washington Redskins. Jon was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather, brother, and dear friend that will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Jon is survived by his wife, Ronda Wagner; children: Travis (Brittany) Wagner and Jeffrey (Alyssa) Wagner; parents: Gene (Vivian) Wagner and Hazel Sharon Maye;  7 loving grandchildren; siblings: Jack (Teresa) Wagner, Janet (Ronnie) Crumrine, Mark (Kathleen) Wagner, and Leslie (Matthew) Wagner; father-in-law: Ronald (Katharina) Smith, and a host of extended friends and family.
